Introduction
Handary ε-polylysine-based antimicrobials are very effective against yeast, fungi and Gram-positive or Gram-negative bacterial species. Especially in inhibitig the Gram-negative bacteria which can not easily inhibit by other preservatives. Such as E. coli, Salmonella, thermophilics, B. stearothermophilus. We supply ε-polylysine H(76%-90%) and ε-polylysine L(65%-75%).
